Brazilian influencer Bianca Barreto has been convicted of a ‘social racism’ offence for misgendering transgender MP Duda Salabert from the left-wing Socialism and Liberty Party (Partido Socialismo e Liberdade). She was sentenced to two years in prison and a R$20,000 (around $3,800) fine.
