Only days after Warsaw officially registered Poland’s first legally recognized same-sex marriage, Konfederacja has proposed legislation explicitly prohibiting adoption by both formal and informal homosexual couples. The party described the bill as a reaction to growing legal pressure from European courts and accelerating legal normalization of same-sex unions in Poland.
