The European Union has yet to reach an agreement on its latest sanctions package against Russia, with several issues still unresolved, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said ahead of a meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels. She expressed confidence that negotiations would continue with the aim of securing consensus.
