Hungary will not submit a national implementation plan for the EU’s migration pact, Interior Minister Gábor Pósfai told lawmakers, reaffirming the government’s opposition to migrant relocation quotas and financial solidarity measures. He also discussed Schengen border controls, Ukrainian refugees, Russian visa policy and migration management following an EU meeting in Luxembourg.
