The US Supreme Court has, in part, lifted the nationwide injunction a Circuit Court judge imposed on President Trump’s executive order requiring the Department of Homeland Security to create an eligible voters’ list for each state and the US Postal Service to deliver mail-in ballots only to residents on that list.
