Csaba Gondola

Csaba Gondola is Chief Advisor to the Minister of Energy of Hungary and the Executive Director of the Institute for Energy Strategy, a Budapest-based think thank. Previously he worked as deputy-head of cabinet for the minister of justice. Csaba obtained his JD in 2016 and is currently finishing his PhD on European Union law. During his studies ha was a Congressional fellow in the United States and a law student at the University of Vienna and the Catholic University of Leuven. His main focus is on energy policy, international law and energy law.

Protecting the created and built world is not only our goal but also our duty. But to do so, we need sensible solutions. Firstly, we need to involve all stakeholders. The voices of those who bear the burden of the green transition must also be heard and listened to.’
